To further review, we will need to see the window open where we can see a bird's eye view of the arm attachment(s) of the operator to view the overall style.

For the lock, are you able to show us additional angles where we can see the face of lock? Unfortunately I cannot confirm the exact style from the side view shown. Thank you!

These photos are a huge help, thank you! Based on what I see here, I would recommend our 39-172 operator and 39-075 38-075 lock. The lock looks like a dead ringer, though the operator is obviously a little different. Don't worry, though, yours is probably just an older version. It will still work regardless of stylistic differences.

The only issue I anticipate is that your old parts all have the "champagne" finish, which Truth no longer makes. The 39-172 is only made in white these days.
