Home Owner from Bel Mare condominiums in Palmetto Florida. Two 62 unit hi rises were CO'd in 2007

The thumb-lock mechanism has broken and we need to replace either that assembly or the whole lock system.

Hey there. To replace just the thumb lever, see the 82-107. Note that there's a chance the mortise lock might be broken and the cause of the lever breaking. To find out, remove the handle set and try manually 'throwing' the lock with a slotted screwdriver. If it doesn't budge, it too needs to be replaced. See the 82-226.
