the number 2120 is on the part, as well as a stamp I cannot read

The metal bar is 1/2" wide by 22" long, not including the plastic ends. I have more photos if you need them.

Thanks for posting. This looks like either a S380-22 or S385-22. The only difference between these two balances is the 'depth' of the bottom nylon shoe, so compare both with your old hardware to see what matches best. You will need a stamp option of 2120. Let us know if you need anything else.
