pot metal tilt piece for window

Question

it is 2 inches long, rounded on one end with 2 screw holes. the other end is square with a tee feature that the window rotates out on so you can clean the window.
unit is 2 inches long, 3/8 wide, 1/8 thick and has a tang on the TEE end.
this little bracket is the device held on by 2 little metal screws that the swing out heavy window hinges on as it lays flat for cleaning. I need 2 items but think i had better get 3 or 4
