If I am looking at your photo correctly, it appears you are showing us a face guide. Your part looks close to our 67-014 face guide. Its purpose is to keep the window sash align in the window frame, but it doesn't attach to the spiral balance. Get back to us and let us know if this is the part you are looking for.
