the window cracked

Hello! My glass is cracked, is it possible to order this part of the window? I had Rivco windows, as far as I understand, BF Rich and Rivco cooperated and it seems that my window has BF Rich markings!

Hello,
Unfortunately, we do not carry replacement glass. Your best bet would be to reach out to a local glass shop for assistance. They should be able to replace the glass and reseal the sash for you. I'm sorry that we won't be able to assist with this repair but please let us know if you have any other hardware questions. Thanks for posting.

I don't mean changing the glass, but changing the entire opening part! Is it possible to order this from you?

Our company does not carry replacement window sashes, only smaller parts such as balances and locks. The window manufacturer or a local sash fabricator would be your best bet if you wanted to go that route.
