the bottom sash will not stay up and falls back down need to get the track and spring to hold the window up

Lauren isn't here today, but I'll do my best to assist you. I do recognize your balances, but they're unfortunately not made anymore. The problem is that the balances are built into the jamb liners themselves, so that's what you'll have to replace.
I suggest that you remove the inside wood trim and the jamb liners with the wood sashes all together. Once out, take the jamb liners to your nearest mill work and they will set you up with new jamb liners for your wood sashes.
