no numbers or markings on these coil ballusts

Question

Hello I have a customer who wants to repair this window which is now not staying open. I was wondering from pictures if you could identify or come close to this ballast so can repair it for them.

Hello,

We can't be sure with the hardware still installed but it looks like you may have an old-style version of the 15-180 pivot shoe. If so, your pivot bar should work with the new pivot shoe. See the Series 190 coil springs used with this assembly. Thank you!
