One of the parts has H-417 on it. Another has H-418. I think that is related to the spring load. as #8 is stamped on spring

I agree that the 15-140 pivot shoe looks to be a good pick as long as the dimensions match up. This pivot shoe uses the Series 150 coil spring. The one coil style in your picture is no longer made. For a coil stamped with the number 8, you should be able to use the S150-8 coil. Together with the coil on the other side, the total weight of the sash should weigh 16 pounds, please compare.
Also review the 15-143 bushing, 15-144 bushing cap and 15-145 support barrel. Let us know if you have any additional question!
