We'd be happy to look into this for you, but we would need to see the arms that connect the operator base to the sash frame, which are missing from the assembly shown in your photos. If there is another window that uses the same assembly, please open the window so that the arms that move the sash are fully visible to show us and we can go from there. Thank you!
