Question

operator is right side 53/4" by 2" between holes 4 1/2"  and 1 1/2" extended arm 3" plus 2"  the brtacket is 7"

I can't be sure without seeing the installation hole pattern of your window crank but the Anderson 39-258 and 39-259 would be a good place to start. Take a look and compare the specifications below to yours.
