tie bar guide

I have a casement window with "Truth" hardware. The locking mechanism no longer works because the plastic clips that hold & guide the Tie Bar are broken. The part # of mechanism (not broken) is 31401 and the Tie Bar is 18 7/8" long with two buttons (also not broken). I have enclosed a photo of the broken plastic clips. Your help would be much appreciated.

Hello! This clip is called a tie bar guide. We don't sell this exact design but our modern 39-448 should work perfectly well in the same application.
