tie bar roller keepers

Question

I'm looking for the 34.9" tie bar roller keepers for a vinyl window.  I saw them on your web page at another place, but when I look for them, they don't seem to materialize.

I'm afraid I don't know what it is you need, exactly. Would it be possible to see a photo of the original keeper? That way I can check our stock and see if anything matches.
