Take a look at our 26-390 and 26-391. I think these could be what you're looking for, just make sure the dimensions all match up.

how about the sash pivot that goes with it? It snapped off.

Well, tilt latches and pivot bars don't really correspond. There could be a lot of possibilities. Yours looks similar to our 26-397, but since most of it is broken off I can't say for sure. Is there any way I can see an undamaged version, or at least the two broken pieces next to each other?
