tilt latch

Question

I need a latch for the attached window. I don't have a picture of the latch. My client just gave me a picture of the window.

I'm afraid there's no way we can identify what latch you need without seeing the old one. To be honest, internal latches like this can be difficult to identify even if we see it removed. You may want to just cut to the chase and use a surface mounted tilt latch as a substitute. See the video below for more information on how this can be done.
