I have a beige tilt latch I am trying to identify for a customer. It is a surface mount style and from a vinylmax window. The part# stamped on the back is 11207. the measurements are the same as 26-120. Do you know if this is the correct match based on the mfg and tag # on the old part.

Are these tilt latches pretty much standard with all windows? My latch looks very similar and they are all breaking up after 17 years and need to be replaced

As stated above, this is a very popular latch used by many manufacturers. If you are not certain this will work as a replacement, you can send us photos of your original latch (with dimensions) for us to research.
