We may be able to help with these latches, but I need you to measure the distance between the two installation holes, center-to-center, and write out that dimension in your response. We unfortunately can't garner precise size from a photo of a tape measure.

You also mentioned weatherstripping, but I don't see that in your photos. We need you to remove an undamaged sample and show us a clear shot of the end profile. Written dimensions would also be appreciated here.
