tilt latch, bar and terminal housing

Hi, do you have these parts available? Can you also identify the manufacturer? Windows are single hung, vinyl and installed about 20 years ago. They use block and tackle balances marked 2430 BSI MA.

Hello, Mark. I believe you have Lawrence windows. I say this because the pivot bars you show were used primarily by that brand.

That said, both the pivot bars and tilt latches you show are discontinued and no longer available. We won't be able to supply replacements for these parts. The only thing we can supply would be the pivot shoe, which is the generic 15-105.
