Good morning, and thanks for posting! This looks very close to our 26-312, but to know for sure you will have to remove this part from the window and compare the dimensions of its prongs to those we show for the 26-312. This is probably the most important dimension for this kind of latch button.

As for the inside portion, you could consider our 26-211, but again you'd have to remove your hardware from the sash to know for sure.
