tilt latch for double hung windows

The clips have broken off completely. I had two windows blow into the house last night during a storm because they are no longer secure. I need to find replacements from a reputable reseller asap! Found these on two other websites but you're company looks more legit...just can't find the part on your site. Measurements are on the photos obviously and info stamped on the backside is as follows: ".092" and "Pat.#5.139.291"
