tilt latch for unknown brand window

A home owner from Grass Valley, CA 95949 says:

These are the latches that secure the lower window until you release the latch to tilt the windows in to clean, remove the screen, etc. Of 12, several (most) are broken and at least two have been replaced with a crafted chunk of oak!

Would love to find replacements - hopefully superior than the poorly designed originals.

The only identifying info I can find is from a torn scrap of label which reads:

...ATED ? | On the right side of a vertical line is

...ORMANCE TO HUD UM 39a | a logo that looks like swirling atoms

... 101-85 | With the letters NCTL® in the center

... Series: 500-580 | and VALIDATED written below

... Mst: 3860/4464 |

The house was built in 1984 as close as we can tell.

Any and all help will be greatly appreciated.

Hi Ken,

Take a look at a previous inquiry for a customer with a similar tilt latch here. We recommended they review our 26-157 as a possible replacement. Thank you!
