Hi- this is an exterior corner tilt latch for the windows in my house. The only info on the windows is the window lock says "KoolVent" I have not been able to find replacement latches like these anywhere. Hoping you can help!

Hello there. Unfortunately, your top tilt latch is no longer available. We suggest removing the old tilt latch, reinstall the top side corner screw to keep the sash together, and install some top mounted tilt latches. Both our 26-193 and 26-194 are worth considering. These can be installed with a #6 pan head screw like our 33-089. When drilling, we ask that you be cautious of how far down you drill so that you are not hitting the glass.
