Tilt latches for top of tilt windows if they can be replaced.

I am afraid we carry no tilt latches like this. They may no longer be available anywhere. I apologize we cannot be of more help, and best of luck with the repairs.

The picture doesn't show the latch as well as I thought. What you see on the top of sash is a locking mechanism and what appears to be a plastic cap. The broken part/tab from the tilt lock looks like the end of the 26-069 internal unit you sell, but it looks like it mounts in the window horizontally and I believe the 26-069 mounts in window vertically. I am going to take window apart this week when weather is a little warmer and will send better photos. I will also look to see if this could possibly converted to top mount.

Fair enough. The internal latch might match our 26-069, but I am afraid we simply have no surface lever that matches. Whether or not you can convert to surface mount depends on the room you have to work with in the top corners of the sash. See the video below.
