I could only find them sold in pairs. I need left and right separately. Is it possible to get them in singles?

Yes, I agree the 26-393B Tilt Latch Pair seems to be the correct replacement match for your existing latch. Be sure to double check the dimensions on the website to confirm it will be a fit.
I'm afraid these latches are only sold in pairs.
