Take a look at the dimensions shown on our 26-243 and 26-244 tilt latch product pages to start out. The top trim is squared on ours but the actual latch itself is still rounded, so it would still install the same way as long as the rest of the specifications match up to yours. 

As for your vent latch, take a look and compare the 26-362 and 26-122 to see if one of them matches up to your assembly.

We also carry a selection of wool pile weatherstripping, which you can view here, but you would need to confirm your exact backing width and pile height to compare to our replacement options. Thank you.
