Thanks for writing in. Hm, the Sash Release Levers that come to mind are our 26-001 and 26-324. Go over the length of the prongs, as well as the distance between each of them, to see if they match what you need. If they don't, you may be better off converting to surface mount tilt latches like our 26-228 and 26-229. See the video below for details.
