no identifying marking on the window, plastic tube balancers, bottom window pivot, and cam. cam size 1 7/8 by 15/16 and 11/32 inch thick

Thanks for writing in. We need to know the diameter of the outer tube on the balance, but it looks like your current balance doesn't have a tube. It likely has cracked off, but you'll need to measure whatever is left. Be as precise as you can. As for the pivot shoe, can you show us an undamaged version that includes the cam? Many thanks.

Thanks for the reply. If the outer tube of the balance is 3/8" in diameter, and if it is 29" long not including the tip, then you need the S900-29. Just double-check to be sure. Your color tip looks off-white, which is from an older rating system we no longer use. To know what color tip to select, I advise you weigh your window sash. You can then match that exact weight with the correct color tip option.
