tilt window balance 3/8 35" and pivot locks

I removed the window balances and I am trying to find replacement parts as soon as posisble. The only markings on the old one are "FV B 1" and "FV A4" , not very helpful. I will also need a pair of pivot locks. You help to identify the parts and have them sent to me would a tremendous help!
Best regards,
Alex

Hi there Alex.
Thanks for reaching out to us. It appears you have a tilt spiral balance. With a 3/8" diameter tube, you'd want the S900-35. You'll have to weigh the window sash to determine the proper tip color option for your replacements.
As for the pivot locks, are you referring to the pivot shoes? If so, we'll need to see an undamaged version removed from the window along with the written out thickness and width.

Thank you for getting back to me. The window sachs is over 26 lbs, which means that I'll need the yellow tilt window balance. As regarding the pivot shoes, I will have to cut the window frame and extract the used one to be able to measure it. As soon as I will do that, I will get back to you with the proper measurements.
Thank you,
Alex

Sounds good, Alex. I'll be here to help!

To recap, I need four tilt spiral balances and four pivot shoes. This is a double window and both have the same issue: they slide down when opened.
I was finally able to take out the pivot shoes and weigh the sachel. These are the measurements:
1. Sachel weight: 27.6 lbs
2. Pivot shoes model and measurements are in the attached pictures.
Please let me know if anything else is needed.
Thank you,
Alex

Thank you for getting back to us with these details, Alex! With the sash weight you've given, you can use the S900-35 with the yellow tip option. A pair of balances with this tip option will support a sash weighing 24 to 34 pounds.
As for the pivot shoe, I'm not 100% certain but it looks like it may be 3/8" thick by 15/16" wide. If that's the case, I recommend you have a look at the 15-212. Review the specifications and see what you think.
