The tilt-window coil balance is 3 1/16 length, 9/16 thick, 1 1/4 width
I think I found the pivot shoe in a email that Swisco sent to me, it is used with the series 152 window sash support constant balance spring.

Our best match is our 15-192 pivot shoe with a series 170 and series 171 coil springs. Please see our 15-156 cover and 15-157 bushing. The video below shows how all of these parts work together.

I think the part I need is different from the S170 and S171 Coil balance , because the coil assembly and pivot shoe are separated?
I included a picture of the coil assembly which stays screwed to the window frame, and a picture of the pivot shoe, which moves with the window.

Your pivot shoe looks just like our 15-192 pivot shoe which is compatible with our Series 170 and Series 171 coil springs. The pivot shoe attaches to the coil springs. I'm not sure what you mean when you say ' the coil assembly and pivot shoe are separated', could you clarify?
