Unfortunately we do not carry an exact match for the coil balance shown. I cannot guarantee we can provide an alternative option, but to further review, we will need to see the full assembly removed from the window. Please provide written out dimensions of the width and thickness of the pivot shoe along with the thickness of the coil spring. 

Please also provide a clear image of where the coil spring attaches to the pivot shoe. Thank you!
