tilt window latch

I have an apartment house in NY with 30 replacement windows. The tilt window latches break frequently and I'd like to stock up on some replacements for repairs.. Photo with dimensions attached

Thanks for posting. Please take a look at our 26-337 and 26-344 top tilt latch pairs and compare their dimensions to your hardware. Do you think either of these parts would work for you? Please let us know.
