Hi- I am having trouble finding this latch on your website. It's 3 inches long and essentially 2.5 inches between screw holes. Thank you!

This one is a bit tough. 2-1/2" isn't a common hole distance anymore. The closest match we have is our 26-215, but I'm not sure how well the front hole offset matches. That is also a very important measurement. For the 26-215, this measurement is 3/4". How does that compare to your front hole offset?

That would be the distance between the front hole and the front edge of the housing. "Front" in this case being the jamb-facing end of the latch.
