tilt window latch

Question

I think the part I need is either 26-419 or 26-243. Can you tell me the difference between the two. Also mine has the letter M and the number 375 on the back. Thank You

The major difference is the tab on the belly, near the front of the latch housing. If you look at the dimensions we show for each, you'll note the tab has a different orientation.
