tilt window latch and channel liner

Quick Learner from New Mexico
Pictures 1 & 2 These latches slide into the frame to lock the tilt window. I don't see the same item in your online catalog. Do you have this latch? Picture 3 and 4 are a snap in liner that snaps into the window frame above the latches to keep the channel centered and to provide a backstop for the angled latch piece. Do you have this item?

Thanks for posting. For the tilt latches, see our 26-243 and 26-244 to start. These are commonplace and your latches certainly look similar, but remove one and compare the dimensions to the diagrams below. Let me know if anything differs.

I am afraid we do not carry that cover piece. It may be difficult to find an exact replacement. You'll have to appeal to whoever provided your windows, or see if a local hardware store can furbish a solution. I apologize for the inconvenience.
