please I'm loking for the parts on the end of the balancer as shown in picture are broken probably 6 of them. Thanks

Hello,

The damaged part shown in your photos is the pivot shoe. There's a good chance that we can supply a replacement but we would need to see an intact version removed from the other side or an identical window to compare to our inventory. We'll also need you to write out the exact width and thickness of your shoe. Thank you!
