tilt window problems

I am currently having problems with my windows circa 1996. They are tilt in windows and I believe the problem is the part pictured below.
I am hoping that you will be able to inform me on where if possible I can purchase the replacement part. Thank you

This looks a lot like our 15-175. Check it out and let me know if you agree. Make sure to compare dimensions carefully.

Yes, this is the correct part and the dimensions are accurate. I would love to order this part, but I am not sure how to remove the broken part and replace with the new one. Any suggestions?
