Hi,
We recently bought our home and have American Windows. About seven pair (L/R), white color, of these need replacement...mostly they are broken due to age.
The actual piece is 2" L by 11/16" wide.. Underneath these plastic covers are two screws which are 2" apart.
I could not easily see how to remove these??? so hope the pix allows you to find replacements for us. Thank you so m uch!

This looks like an internal tilt latch system to me, where those surface levers connect to an internal mechanism, usually by a pair of prongs as seen with our selection of levers here. To be honest, these can be very tricky to replace, since you need to match the exact length of the prongs, as well as the distance between them, on your existing surface levers. You may be better off replacing the entire mechanism with surface mount tilt latches like our 26-228 and 26-229, if possible. The video below goes into detail as to how to do this.
