tilt window shoe

A quick learner from ri says:
replacing the balances in shoes on my tilt in vinyl windows. My local supplier ran out of the shoes and the ones on your web site are slightly different. Could you recommend replacement part for shoe pictured attached?
Also, I have a different peg on the upper sash, it has a round washer type that is stuck in the shoe and I can not remove it. The left shoe is broken and only the right side is still attached. any suggestions on how these release? I tried using leverage and pressure with multiple angles with no luck. I do not want to break the track.
I neglected to include the shoe measurements.
I do measure 1/2 in by 2in x 1.25in. Thanks

Hello, and thank you for contacting us. It looks like you could use our 15-178 pivot shoe with the brown brake. Let us know if that works for you.
