tilt windows wont stay up

I just replaced 2 spiral balances 900-28 .Looks like i need 2 plastic pieces that spiral balance rod attaches too.3/8 x28 inch tilt windpows ,Please help me !!!

Your pivot shoe reminds me of our 15-045 which is compatible with the Series 900 spiral balance. Compare our specifications to yours and see if they match up.
