tilting metal window spiral springs

Question

Have a window (both half that comes out is 13inch high). The metal springs on both side are rusted out at bottom. I tried to capture pictures. Looks to me that there is a rusted remnant of the piece still screwed in to the bottom of the windows on each corner -I am guessing that is what hook into the bottom of the spiral. Your thoughts on what to buy?

I would recommend starting by comparing the 3/8" diameter S900 and 5/8" diameter S600 spiral balances to yours.

We may be able to provide replacements for your rusted pivot bars as well but we would need to see an intact version removed from one of your windows, along with written-out dimensions, to compare to our inventory. Thank you!
