tilting pivot balance shoe snapped on double hug window

Question

Bottom vinyl sash tilt window does not stay open when lifted. It has dual hung 5/8" swirl balance tubes that resemble your series 600. Trying to find tilt balance shoe that has an upside down U shape pivot bar notch. Dimensions are roughly 1 1/4" x 1/2" x 2"

I recognize the pivot shoe. I'm afraid it has been discontinued by the manufacturer. The thickness should be 9/16". Can you confirm? it's hard to tell. If so, they recommend the 15-118 as a replacement pivot shoe.
