tilting window hardware

A home owner from Kremmling, CO says:
We just bought a house built in 1984. Windows say NOR-GUARD on them. Several of these are broken, so I have screw drivers propped in there to keep them from tilting open. Fortunately, we have a few of them that aren't broken so we can send you a good photo.

Unfortunately, this tilt latch has been discontinued entirely. No more are being made. We suggest screwing in the side screw to hold the side of the sash frame together, then installing a new top surface tilt latch. See our video below for more information.
