tip in window lock?

Looking for replacement latches/locks for windows that can be folded down inside to clean the outside window while inside. information from sticker on window Series: 375/380 AAMA/NWWDA 101/ I.S. 2-97 H-R40-48x72 MFR Code: HRW-1. Any help would be appreciated.

We may be able to help, but we will need to see pictures of the hardware in question before we can make a recommendation. Dimensions would also be a huge help. Thanks!
