tool for tighting door handle

Question

Hi...I have a Forever view storm door (see attached door1.JPG). The handle is about to fall off, and is so loose I can't open the door. I think the solution is to tighten the door handle, but I don't have the proper tool. I've tried allen wrenches...star wrench...but nothing I can find seems to fit into the hole and work (see door2.JPG). So two questions, do you have the right tool to fix it? If not, can you tell me the replacement handle? I've also attached the door handle interior and exterior shot. Thank you so much. - John Odean

Thanks for writing in. I'm afraid I'm not sure what tool you could use to tighten this latch. If it's loose, most likely you need a new handle like our 40-150. Look it over to ensure it matches your old hardware. Otherwise, you may want to go to a local hardware store and see if they could match up the tool you need.
