top of window balancer sash stop

This sash stop was taken out from a good working window. It fits flush within the window channel. I could not find the name of the window manufacturer anywhere on the window. Do you have this in stock as I will need at least 12.

I added and additional of the sash stop attached to the window. Please see attached pictures for the front, rear and attached to window views. I am not sure which sash on you site to choose and could not find the window manufacturer. I need at least one dozen if you have them. The window balance is 2340 which I have already purchased from you.
