top pivot for folding doors

Question

Part came from top pivot on relatively heavy bifold doors. Hardware was marked as Stanley. The door came loose and parts fell to the floor. I believe that I'm missing a part-- there is nothing to hold this in place when fitting into the top bracket. Let me know if there is anything else I can provide that would help.
