top sash guide

The Series 385 uses potentially many different Top Sash Guides; there isn't a 1 to 1 match. Can you show us one of your old guides, preferably out of the window, undamaged and from the front and side? I'll do my best to match what you need from there. 

I am afraid this is not the Top Sash Guide. You're showing a channel balance; one that, in fact, is not even a Series 385, but more reminiscent of our Series 377. The Top Sash Guide are the nylon parts in the corner of the window sash that keep this balance in place. The video below shows them in more detail.
