Hello! This looks like the old Milgard top sash guide. These aren't made anymore, to my knowledge, but the good news is that we've successfully used our 18-009 as an alternative. The catch is that you have to trim down the top edge of the guide in order to fit into the window. Look over its dimensions and see what you think!
