I am looking for what I believe it a top sash guide, but have been unable to locate one on your website (which is very easy to use for us old geezers -thank you).
Attached are a couple of photos of the part I need. Do you carry anything like this?

Thanks for writing in! I'm sorry to say that I do not recognize the top sash guide you have here. To determine if there is a suitable replacement we can supply you with, it would help to see a photo of what the part looks like installed. Also, would you happen to know who the manufacturer of the window is?

the sash guide is attached to the top of the non-tilting single hung sash and 'rests' against the spiral balance

Thanks for the photos. The closest replacement match we have for your existing top sash guide is our 18-149 Top Sash Guide Pair. The installation holes are not in the same position as they are on your guides and it is also missing the hook like shape. I am not very confident but you may be able to modify them to work for your sash.
If you do decide to try them out, please be aware that altered parts cannot be returned.
