top sash guide assistance

I have a window LAWSON LI-612. Do you know what is the Top Sash guide that I should be using. One side is broken. Dimensions are 5/8 inch with and 2 inches long.

Thanks for posting. I've seen this top sash guide a few times in the past. We've never found an exact match, but our 18-166 is very similar and you may be able to use is as a substitute. Look over our dimensions and let me know what you think.
